Head of Logistics (m/f/d) Your tasks.

Build up strategy for establishing the logistics sector in Europe.
Build up value-based relationships with all operating companies.
MIS and Dashboard Reporting.
Interpret and analyse the logistics trend and parameters per operating facility per region.
Create a bespoke-logistics solution suiting to needs of Motherson Group in Europe.
Travel in Europe, work along Group Companies with hands down approach.
Guide the data analyst ability to build logistics solutions keeping the local nuances in forefront.
Vendor development and negotiations.
Work with a sense of urgency to deliver results.
Lead and build Pan-Europe-Team for logistics operations.
Identify and onboard the technology platforms to support logistics bidding and operations.

Your profile.

MBA (SCM/Logistics/Operations or an equivalent course.
Many years experience of Industry Transportation/Shipping/Freight Forwarding/FMCG/SCM Tech.
Minimum 2-3 years experience at a Senior Management Position.
Logistic Industry Experience will be an added advantage.
Financial Performance know how: Revenue, Gross Margins, P&L review.
Entrepreneurial Streak & Collaborative approach.
A collaborator, relationship builder and a solution creator.
Knowledge of Auto Components Logistics in Europe including operations of JOT facilities.
Passionate about Technology in Logistics.
Business fluent in English, other European languages would be a plus.
